The official textbook is Complex Semisimple Lie Algebras, by Jean-Pierre Serre. If you prefer, you may use Introduction to Lie Algebras and Representation Theory, by James E. Humphreys, which is more expensive but starts at the beginning, unlike Serre's textbook.
